The Merchant's Cottage  is above what appears to be a 'shop' (utilities). It is decorated in 'English' brass, chintz, and china.  

Guests use the top two floors with queen bed, loft sitting room, kitchenette, antique brass fireplace, TV/VCR, Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Outside stairs and deck.
