Saturday’s menu consists of Orange Tomato Basil Soup, a Mixed Greens salad with Goat Cheese and Cranberries, Smoked Prime Rib with au jus, Herb Oil Whipped Potatoes and French Green Beans, and Chocolate Bourbon Bacon Bread Pudding for dessert.

Our second feast will be Sunday night, for those traditionalist who want to celebrate on Valentine’s Day itself. Sunday’s menu includes a Feta, Sundried Tomato, Olive and Pesto Terrine with Crostini, Spinach Salad with Strawberries and a Warm Bacon Dressing, Grilled Ohio Strip Steak with Carmelized Onions and Blue Cheese, Roasted Asparagus and Oven Roasted Redskins with Fresh Rosemary, and Chocolate and Raspberry Panna Cotta for dessert.

The feasts are each $35 per person, and are open to guests and the public alike. Advance reservations are required.
