Murder Most Medieval – March 8th & 9th!
The 2023-2024 Murder Mystery season is well underway. Our detectives have tackled some great themes so far this year, from Dungeons & Dragons to Vikings to Cryptids. In today’s announcement we take a bit of a breather, and allow our detectives to relax with a classic murder mystery – with our own medieval spin of course! Please join us as Chief Detectives Michelle and Ryan lead the Ravenwood Detective Agency through a Murder Most Medieval…
With its towering turrets and echoes of a bygone era, the modern-day castle of Ravenwood stands as a testament to the enduring allure of medieval mystique. The air was thick with anticipation as enthusiasts and scholars from around the globe gathered for an event that promised to unravel the secrets of the past. The castle’s stone walls, adorned with tapestries depicting knights in shimmering armor and noble ladies in resplendent gowns, seemed to whisper tales of chivalry and treachery.
The occasion was a grand celebration of medieval times, where history aficionados reveled in the chance to step back in time. Authenticity blended seamlessly with the contemporary as costumed attendees wandered through the castle’s halls, reliving a world where honor and deceit danced a delicate minuet.
The revelry was abruptly shattered when a chilling discovery was made within the castle’s labyrinthine corridors. A body lay sprawled on the cold, stone floor — an unexpected guest in this historical soiree. The victim, dressed in replica medieval garb, bore a haunted expression that hinted at a demise more sinister than accidental.
As the castle’s grandeur cast shadows over the unfolding mystery, the line between the past and present blurred. The stage was set for a modern-day whodunit, where the ancient stones held secrets and the echoes of history whispered the truth to those who dared to listen. Amidst the castle’s medieval splendor, the hunt for a killer had begun, and the past and present were destined to collide in a tale of intrigue, betrayal, and murder most medieval.
The Ravenwood Detective Agency is calling all agents, novice and veteran alike, to join us March 8th & 9th to tackle the mystery of the Murder Most Medieval!
Tickets for Murder Most Medieval are $100. As with all of our mysteries, the event starts after dinner on Friday. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best as possible, but to enjoy the full experience please attempt to arrive early Friday evening.
